FAQs
How important is it to have my child examined?
Very important. There are various stages in the development of a child's lower limbs which may sometimes include being slightly flat-footed, in-toed, bow-legged or knock-kneed for a time.
Many foot conditions affecting adults may have been avoided by detection and treatment during early childhood. Although it is not normal for children to have foot or limb pain as they grow, there are a number of abnormalities that can cause painful and inflammatory changes to the feet, legs or knees.
